REFER & SAVE Referral Program Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: This referral program is open to existing customers ("Referrers") of Coggin Sustainable Office Solutions (Coggin SOS). The referred business must be a new customer and cannot have previously made a purchase with Coggin SOS.

• Referral Reward: For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive a 10% discount on their next purchase. A referral is deemed successful when the referred business makes its first purchase.

• Discount for Referred Business: Each referred business is entitled to a 10% discount on their first order. This offer is limited to their first purchase only.

• Referral Method: To participate, the Referrer must refer businesses through the official referral method provided by Coggin SOS, in this case a referral code: REFER-2023.

• Notification: The Referrer will be notified via email or direct communication once a referred business has made a qualifying purchase.

• Usage of Discount: The 10% discount for both the Referrer and the referred business can be applied to any purchase but cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

• Validity: The discount must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, the discount will expire and cannot be reclaimed.

• No Cash Value: The referral discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.

• Non-Transferability: The referral discount is non-transferable and must be used by the Referrer or the referred business to whom it was issued.

• Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of businesses a single Referrer can refer. However, Coggin SOS reserves the right to cap the number of discounts a single Referrer can accumulate.

• Termination and Changes: Coggin SOS reserves the right to terminate the referral scheme or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Compliance with Policies: Participation in the referral scheme is subject to adherence to Coggin Sustainable Office Solutions standard policies and procedures.

• Disputes: Any disputes or interpretations of the referral scheme will be resolved at the discretion of Coggin SOS, and all decisions made by Coggin SOS will be final.

Discount Stacking: If a Referrer successfully refers multiple new businesses, they will accumulate a 10% discount for each successful referral. However, the following conditions apply to the use of stacked discounts:

a. Sequential Use: Stacked discounts must be used sequentially and cannot be combined on a single purchase. For example, if a Referrer has accumulated three 10% discounts, they can apply these discounts on their next three separate purchases.

b. Validity Period: Each 10% discount voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Unused discounts will expire after this period.

c. Non-Transferability: Discounts are non-transferable and must be used by the Referrer to whom they were issued.
